Acting on feedback and building strong teams using Agile Retrospectives
Abstract:
Highly effective teams don’t just happen. They are nurtured, they inspect their impact, adapt to changing conditions, and consistently strive to improve.
Agile retrospectives are designed to help teams:
- Examine what’s going right & what’s going wrong
- Explore results, generate ideas, and make decisions
- Take action with autonomy and accountability
- Measure impact
- Increase effectiveness through iterative and incremental design
In this workshop Rob will facilitate an Agile Retrospective in real time to demonstrate the concepts, tools, and activities you can use to build an effective and adaptive team.
