Funding IoT Projects Through Grants and Private Capital
Abstract:
Looking for Funding for your IoT project? There are several options for both government and non-government sources of funding. We will go through options for start-ups, small corporations, and large corporations, to get your IoT project funded.
We will look at what it takes to apply and be successful in public funding like SR&ED, IRAP, SIF, OCE, FedDev, BCIP, and various other government grants. We will combine this with applicability to where you are in your project’s life cycle so you can take advantage of the most effective funding source for your project.
We will also review options outside of government funding including raising capital for your projects through early stage investors, alternative debt financing, customer funding, and obtaining funding within your own organization.
