2018 Keynote – Network Services: The Key to IoT in Transportation
The technologies around transportation are rapidly evolving and becoming more dependent upon remote services and applications. While consumer oriented innovations are high profile – think autonomous cars and drones – the truly interesting solutions are focused on moving goods and people safely and efficiently. Modern transportation is dependent on the Internet of Things, with network services being critical to delivering business value from a wide spectrum of assets. This talk will describe how networks play a critical role in connected transportation, both in the future and today.
